obtain First Aid and CPR, Child Abuse Prevention certifications
(within 60 days of employment).

Areas of responsibility

Help
directors with the supervision and provide assistance to the
children.

Always
participate in the games and activities while showing respect
for the rules and others.

Get supplies
for crafts and activities.

Follow all
duties given to by site director.
Volunteer
Training/meetings:
-
Attend any trainings necessary for the position you choose
-
YMCA University
-
Attend staff meetings, when required by Program Director
Skill Development and
Progression:
-
For youth volunteers, meet with Program Director, monthly,
to discuss areas of improvement
-
For volunteers interested in becoming paid staff, meet with
Program Director to develop a course of action
